Shattered Lash
Lash out with stream of shattered glass, or hold for an arcing strike. Stats are boosted by the equipped mods on Shattered Lash.
Splinter Storm
Gara's armor splinters into a maelstrom of shattered glass. Allies who contact the cloud are fortified against damage.
Spectrorage
Trap enemies in a carousel of mirrors, forcing them to attack visions of their true selves. Destroyed mirrors damage their attackers, as does the collapse of the carousel.
Mass Vitrify
Create an expanding ring of molten glass that slowly crystallizes enemies who enter. When the expansion is complete, the ring hardens to block weapons fire. Use Shattered Lash to smash the ring and send razor-sharp glass flying.

Tenno. Splinter Storm's damage and stacking read only raw physical and elemental damage on the equipped melee, ignoring crit and status entirely. So this Shattered Lash build is pure damage mods and a puncture tap.
The mods
All raw damage: Primed Pressure Point, Primed Fever Strike, North Wind, plus puncture mods (Jugulus Barbs, Sundering Strike, Auger Strike).
Use default controls so tapping the first ability is a 100% puncture attack that puncture mods scale; it is one-handed and does not ground you.
