Tail Wind
Hold while airborne to hover Zephyr with reduced movement. From the air, tap to dash forward, or aim down to dive bomb enemies below.
Airburst

CEPHALON FIELD GUIDE
How to play this build.
Tenno. Target Fixation banks Dive Bomb damage forever, one stack per enemy hit. After ~1000 hits, every Dive Bomb is about 19 million in a 10m radius. Arcane Steadfast currently lets you keep the stack while grounded.
How it works
Dive Bomb base is `4500 x 0.2 x height x Strength` (15m height cap), so Strength speeds the ramp but does not touch Target Fixation's percentage.
The Arcane Steadfast interaction (retain stacks on the ground) is a bug.
Where it struggles
The 10-to-20-minute ramp.
Bug-dependent stack retention.
Bosses.
Not viable in short missions.
Variants
The Eye of the Storm (#034) is the tornado build.
Who runs this
Endurance players who want a Dive Bomb that becomes a level-cap one-shot after a long ramp.
