Valkyr PrimePASSIVE Valkyr accumulates Rage when hitting or killing enemies with melee weapons, increasing her Melee Damage up to 300%. Taking fatal damage when the Rage meter is above 150% consumes the meter, preventing death and granting 5s of invulnerability.
Rip Line
Valkyr hurls forth a hook and pulls herself to whatever it hits. If it hits an enemy, nearby foes are pulled in as she unleashes a coordinated Melee attack.
Warcry
Valkyr lets out a rallying cry that bolsters Armor and Attack Speed for allies while in Affinity Range.
Paralysis
Unleash a damaging blast, slowing its victims while increasing their Melee Damage Vulnerability.
Hysteria
Valkyr bares her deadly claws, unleashing devastating attacks that also heal her. Valkyr becomes immune to Status Effects and her Armor bonus from Warcry is multiplied while using the claws.

How to play this build.
Tenno. This is the low-range comfort Hysteria. Valkyr's 1000 base armour arms Arcane Persistence with no armour mods, the Umbral-ish health stack gives a 4s buffer, and Talons lifesteal refills it instantly. Ripline still has 59m of mobility at 79% Range. Enter Hysteria and shred.
How it works
Arcane Persistence caps damage at 500/s (Valkyr clears 700 armour at base).
Gladiator Resolve plus the Umbral Intensify and Vitality give ~2000 health for a 4s buffer, and Talons lifesteal refills it, so the death-gate passive rarely triggers.
