Nyx PrimePASSIVE Nyx gains +40% Critical Chance on Primary and Secondary weapons per Confused enemy within Affinity Range, up to +200%.
Mind Control
Nyx seizes control of a target's mind, compelling them to fight for the Tenno cause. Controlled enemies have increased Radiation Status Chance. When Nyx shoots the controlled enemy, a percentage of that damage is transferred to the target.
Psychic Bolts
Nyx unleashes a volley of psychic bolts that track and strike nearby enemies with telekinetic precision. When enemies are slain, additional bolts scatter to new targets. Striking foes weakens their defenses and transfers a portion to Nyx.
Chaos
Nyx releases a devastating psychic pulse, disorienting enemies in a wide radius and forcing them to turn on each other. Confused foes lash out at random factions.
Absorb
Nyx draws in and contains damage dealt to her and damage confused enemies deal to each other, then converts it into a devastating radial blast. Following the blast, she gains brief invulnerability and a Weapon Damage bonus proportional to absorbed damage.

How to play this build.
Tenno. Inside Assimilate, Nyx and her sentinel cannot be hurt, and it scales to level cap. Every hit her Mind Control ally lands is banked, and dropping the bubble releases it as a 50m nuke whose radius grows with the damage banked. Buff a Mind Control target with a strong weapon until it deals millions, then drop Assimilate on the room.
How it works
Assimilate's drain is a Duration-Efficiency pairing; at ~280% Duration you hold it indefinitely with 100% Efficiency plus a Seismic Bond pet.
The nuke's radius is `15 x Range% + sqrt(5 x banked damage) / 50`, capped at 50m, so ~1.1M banked damage caps it even at 34% Range.
Buff Mind Control with a multiplicative Galvanized Shot secondary (Ballistica Incarnon, Prisma Angstrum Incarnon, Epitaph) plus a primer to reach 20,000% to 40,000%.
Playstyle
Cast Mind Control on an enemy, hit it hard to buff it, enter Assimilate near a crowd, let the banked damage build, drop the bubble to nuke.
Helminth
Pick one.
Subsume over Chaos (3).
- Roar for a damage buff that also buffs the Mind Control target and double-dips status.
- Nourish for a buff plus energy.
- Xata's Whisper for raw weapon damage (does not buff the Mind Control target).
Weapon synergy
Nyx's passive gives up to 200% additive crit chance to primaries and secondaries.
A robotic companion (immortal in Assimilate) with Seismic Bond for the Efficiency threshold.
Staying alive
Assimilate is total immortality while active, with a 6s i-frame bridge on exit.
It effectively does not fail while 4 is up.
Where it struggles
Mobility (you roll everywhere).
Boss single-target is on the weapon or the buffed Mind Control target.
Variants
The Unbreakable Bubble (#040) is the general strip-and-nuke build.
Strengths and weaknesses
Strong: unconditional immortality to level cap, a scaling nuke, cheap.
Weak: slow, weapon-and-buff-dependent, boss setup differs.
