Catalyst Probes erupt from Lavos and douse combatants in a fiery gel. Damage is doubled for each element afflicting an enemy. Hold to imbue the next ability cast with Heat.

How to play this build.
Tenno.
This Lavos drops the Catalyze nuke and becomes a melee platform.
Valence Formation adds a separate element hit to your weapon, so a single-mod heat weapon can also trigger Melee Influence, and gas builds get afflictions.
No energy, just cooldowns, and a huge health pool under Arcane Persistence.
How it works
High Duration extends Roar, Valence Formation, and (via Lavos's
passive) every status duration, which pairs well with gas afflictions.
Nira's
Hatred adds health and Duration and boosts slams.
One Azure armour shard reaches
700 for Arcane Persistence.
Helminth
Roar over 2 so you can still infuse Electric (influence) or Gas
(afflictions slam).
Weapon synergy
Lifesteal weapons for Persistence healing: Sancti Magistar
