CEPHALON FIELD GUIDE

How to play this build.

Tenno. Ballistica Prime's Incarnon bolts home into heads, so Pistol Acuity and Galvanized Crosshairs stay lit. On Nyx, the controlled precision lets you buff a Mind Control target rather than kill it by accident.

The mods

Pistol Acuity plus Galvanized Crosshairs are the headshot crit; Hornet Strike is unconditional base damage; Galvanized Shot is damage-per-status; Primed Pistol Gambit plus Primed Target Cracker are crit; Gunslinger is fire rate.

Where it struggles

Nyx-locked framing.

Non-Incarnon mode is weak.

Charge uptime.

Variants

The Bolt Fan (#282) is the general-use Ballistica Prime.

Who runs this

Nyx players who want to buff a Mind Control thrall with a precise gun.
