How to play this build.
Tenno. Neutralizer stacks raw damage, crit and a headshot multiplier into one silent shot that deletes eximus and Thrax. Spectral Serration wants you to draw it first, then go invisible.
The mods
Primary Acuity boosts headshot damage and crit but removes multishot, which fits a one-shot weapon.
Spectral Serration is a large raw boost, but only if you draw the weapon before turning invisible.
Semi-Rifle Cannonade adds damage and cancels Critical Delay's fire-rate penalty.
Target Acquired is a 1.6x headshot multiplier that also double-dips the electric damage-over-time.
With violet electric shards, swap Stormbringer for Galvanized Scope.
Where it struggles
One target at a time.
Slow fire rate.
Needs a stealth frame to set up Spectral Serration.
