How to play this build.

Tenno. Vectis Prime's Incarnon form adds a blast area on impact. Cold plus blast means every shot staggers a cluster and freezes it while the direct hit deletes the priority target.

Inciting Incident at II for +50 base over Lone Enforcer.

Rapid Fire Reinforcement at III for reload.

Critical Parallel at IV.

The mods

Galvanized Chamber is multishot; Amalgam Serration is base damage; Primed Bane double-dips the blast damage-over-time and triple-dips a Xata's Whisper instance if you run it (flexible for Vital Sense).
