How to play this build.
Tenno. Phantasma's damage is its status output, not its hits. Electric procs have a small area, do not cap, and scale with your elemental mods. Stack viral and electric and hose the room.
The mods
Galvanized Savvy gives +80% damage per status; Phantasma self-procs impact, radiation, electric and viral for up to +320% with no external primer, plus the status chance to keep those procs landing.
Galvanized Hell is multishot.
Primed Charged Shell plus the toxin and cold mods build viral and electric.
Primed Cleanse Orokin is faction damage for Corrupted.
Where it struggles
Beam range is short.
Single targets are slow.
Ammo recharge downtime.
Variants
Swap Primed Charged Shell for Incendiary Coat for a heat version that scales better on single targets; a Shell Shock plus Vigilante Armaments build pairs with an external viral primer.
