Evolutions

Killjoy at II (+50% attack speed with five enemies within 6m, so no attack-speed mod needed, ideally with Arcane Strike too).

Moonrise Velocity at III for +1m range or a holster-combo perk.

The mods

Galvanized Elementalist plus Shocking Touch build electric for Melee Influence; Blood Rush plus Weeping Wounds scale with combo; Galvanized Steel is the crit numbers; Condition Overload multiplies per status; Primed Smite Orokin is faction damage.

Influence wants a primed crowd.
