Tenno. Vastilok's Shattering Impact permanently strips armour on hit, and its heavy shot builds combo for Secondary Outburst. Built for the Plague Star grind where the boil objective has to go down fast.

Shattering Impact is the strip; Sacrificial Steel plus Melee Duplicate give a chance of extra hits that contribute to the strip and to combo for Secondary Outburst; Body Count plus Quickening plus Primed Fury are combo and speed.
